By placing an order with CASA LAPIN (“we/us/our”), you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to availability and conrmation of the order price.
All products remain property of us until full payment has been received.
1) Contract • In order to purchase from us, you must have pay by Bank Transfer payment to us. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your payment.
2) Pricing & Availability • All prices are shown in THAI BAHT and are inclusive of VAT. Please note that the products are completely produced in limited quantity, and the sale will end when stock runs out.
3) Privacy • We may collect and process your personal information that may include but is not limited to: •Your name and contact details, such as address and phone number. • Any other information you may supply to us. We collect this information to: • To determine our customer preferences and to improve product development. • To provide you with information on products or services that you may be beneficial. • To notify of any changes of service. • To communicate via newsletter and SMS should you select to do so. • To ensure our site is meeting your requirements and expectations and so we can improve where necessary.
4) Disclosure of Personal Data • We may disclose your personal information to any of the following third parties outside our organization. These parties are obliged to observe the condential nature of such information and are prohibited from using any or all of this information other than for the purpose for which it was provided: • Organizations who carry out credit, fraud or other security checks. • Outsourced service providers (e.g. market research agencies). • MEDICOM TOY CORPORATION and their authorized agent in Thailand. We will not disclose your email address or mailing address with any other third-party service providers unless given permission to do so.
5) PRE-ORDERS • Pre-orders are made available to customers to allow them to secure items not yet in stock that are manufactured as limited editions and/or in limited quantities. Pre-order Policy is as follows: • If there are changes with the terms from the manufacturers and/or suppliers in regards a specific pre-order, we have the authority to cancel existing pre-orders, in which case the customer will receive a full refund. • Please note that to secure a pre-order, a full pre-payment and a non-refundable deposit are required as we order this stock according to our pre-order quantities. Deposits are non - refundable and cannot be exchanged. • Pre-order prices are fixed at the time the pre-order has been made. Once the item has arrived in stock the Recommend Retail Price may change due to factors such as foreign currency rates and consumer demand. This will not affect customers that have successfully secured pre-orders.
